If you are considering buying a used car, don't think twice - buy from Landmark Auto Sales. We were in the market for a van when my car unexpectedly died. Our mechanic recommended Landmark to us, saying that the owner Chris was a good and trustworthy guy. I showed up and sitting in front of me was a beautiful Honda Odyssey. The salesman, Jim, was professional, kind, and helpful. We had to turn around the purchase quick, as we were going out of town for a week. The process was seamless. Upon our return, we started experiencing mechanical issues with the car. A door wasn't closing, there were alternator issues, and the tailgate hatch wasn't working. Landmark addressed all the issues with grace and patience, on their own dime. I did not pay a single penny to get the issues fixed. They have a 90-day warranty that most other used shops don't have, and they stand by it. These people know how to do business and treat their customers right. And because they do their customers right, I'll be back to buy another car from them when the time is right. You should too.

I’ve recently bought my very first car in US couple days ago. All processes went great and fast. Jim is wonderful, he made all the requirements done before I got there. I just signed the docs and was ready to go. That was surprisingly simple and you can feel the experiences they have in every aspect of steps. The car is amazing. Volvo XC60 is really clean and it’s definitely not like 10yrs old car. Really sharp and ready to go as mentioned. In summary, they offer what you really need and they truly take care of everything to meet you and your new car. My girlfriend was in a jam and needed a replacement vehicle immediately. She researched many vehicles and sites until she came upon Landmark Auto Sales and the vehicle she was looking for a Ford Escape, an SUV similar to her previous vehicle. I went with her and expected all the usual used car salesman pressure and false promises. There was none of that. Chris was straight and true as one could be. He offered several financing options, and didn't flinch when we found better financing elsewhere. After noticing a few quirks with the vehicle post purchase, and having a third-party mechanic complete a survey, Chris and the staff at Landmark Auto Sales had needed items replaced or adjusted. I'm thoroughly impressed with this business, and Michelle is thrilled! to have a vehicle again! (Disclaimer - I don't usually write reviews, but this experience warranted an exception that I was happy to make.)

I was Very Very Very Skeptical of my Experience with Landmark Autos. Jim and Chris were Very Very Very Friendly and Upfront with me on my purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata... Knowing how car dealerships work; it took me some time to write an review...I took my Sonata to Three Auto Repair Shops to verify some of the things I've noticed...And all Three Auto Shops looked at me, like I was telling them jokes..All of them assumed my Sonata came from an Huge Massive Certified Dealership; that charged me alot of money and admitted all the pieces on my car are Literally Brand New; and it was Pampered and Well Taken car of...Wowwwwww....I wish more Dealerships could be like Landmark Autos... Very professional experience buying from Landmark. Jim was especially helpful. They allowed me to have the car looked at my by mechanic independently prior to purchase, without issue at all, and addressed any concern appropriately.
