If I could give 1,000 stars, I would. This is by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. First, let’s agree that customer service is a big reason we do or do not buy a car. Chris, the owner, is the ICON of customer service. At no point during this transaction did I feel like he was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. He was very open, transparent, and kind in all interactions and negotiations. It was far from the game most dealers play. He was so communicative from start to finish (and even checking in with us AFTER the transaction. Now THATS customer service). He’s been in business for a long time, and when you meet him, you will immediately see why. Landmark Auto Sales is a trustworthy dealer that will take care of you through and through.
